The easiest way to book a table is online — you will find the “Book a table” button in the top menu of every page — or by calling us on +48 570 191 910. We are open from 5 pm Wednesday to Friday, from 3 pm on Saturdays and from 2 pm on Sundays.

Eliksir is located at ul. Hemara 1 in Gdańsk, in the heart of the Garnizon district, between Wrzeszcz and Oliwa. The restaurant is housed in the historic Commander’s Villa, dating back to 1882. We are around a 10-minute drive from Gdańsk’s Old Town, and parking is available within the Garnizon complex.

Your table is reserved for 3 hours and 30 minutes, giving you plenty of time to enjoy our full tasting menu with cocktail pairing.

We don’t have a formal dress code — we want our guests to feel comfortable. Most guests, however, tend to opt for smart casual attire.

Yes. A 10% service charge is added to the bill.

Reservations with children under the age of 12 are available in our bar area only. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets due to a lack of suitable facilities, with the exception of assistance dogs.

For groups of five or more, a deposit is required and can be conveniently paid online through our shop. Groups of five or more can choose from our full or short tasting menu only. For intimate gatherings of four to eight guests, we recommend our Private Dining Room — a private space with dedicated service.

Our tasting menus are built around seasonal, locally sourced Polish ingredients. There are three options: the full experience featuring 11 elements, the short experience featuring 7 elements, and the bar menu featuring 4 snacks — each available in either a meat-and-fish or vegetarian version. The full tasting experience takes approximately 3–3.5 hours.

Cocktail pairing is one of Eliksir’s specialities. Our head bartender creates a signature cocktail to accompany each dish, available in either an alcoholic or non-alcoholic version. The cocktails are created alongside the dishes so that they complement one another. Cocktail pairing can be added to the full or short tasting menu, as well as the bar menu.

Yes — both the full and short tasting menus are available in a vegetarian version. A vegan tasting menu can be prepared with advance notice when making your reservation. Please also let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.

Yes, with one exception: on Fridays and Saturdays from 6 pm onwards, we serve the full tasting menu only. To ensure the best possible dining experience, we serve one type of menu per table.

Our romantic dinner is an intimate experience for two: a specially composed dinner for two, available in either a meat or vegetarian version and lasting approximately two hours. You can also add our cocktail pairing — four signature cocktails, available in either an alcoholic or non-alcoholic version. A romantic dinner voucher can be purchased online in our Vouchers section and is one of our most popular gifts for couples.

At our cocktail bar, we offer whisky, gin, rum and vodka tastings. Each tasting includes five carefully selected spirits and five specially paired snacks and lasts approximately 1.5 hours; standard and premium options are available. During the tasting, you will learn about the origins of each spirit, how it is made and the story behind each brand. Tastings are available from Sunday to Thursday for groups of one to six people.

Of course — at the heart of Eliksir is our cocktail bar, with a collection of more than 400 spirits and a menu of signature cocktails. You can also try our cocktail tasting, featuring five cocktails from our current menu served in tasting portions and lasting approximately one hour, or enjoy our bar experience with a selection of snacks.

Under the guidance of our bartender, you will prepare classic cocktails and learn the fundamentals of mixology. You can choose between our standard and premium cocktail making classes. Classes last approximately 1.5 hours and take place on Sundays only; you can also bring a guest, who will get to taste and judge all the cocktails you prepare.

Vouchers can be purchased online in our Vouchers section — for a romantic dinner, tasting menu, spirit tasting, cocktail making class or any amount of your choice. Your voucher will arrive by e-mail within a minute of purchase; you can also collect a beautifully packaged physical voucher from the restaurant, ready to give as a gift.

Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase, and you may cancel within 14 days. To book your experience, call us on +48 570 191 910 and let us know when making your reservation that you have a voucher.

For spirit lovers, we recommend a whisky, gin, rum or vodka tasting. For couples, a romantic dinner or tasting menu with cocktail pairing makes a great choice, while cocktail enthusiasts may prefer a cocktail tasting or cocktail making class. If you’re not sure which to choose, an open-value voucher is a flexible option that can be used towards any of our experiences or a visit to the restaurant.

Yes — we host intimate wedding dinners as well as wedding receptions with a dance floor for up to 65 guests. In addition to taking care of the celebration itself, we can arrange live music, a DJ, flowers, decorations, entertainment, dessert buffets and cakes. For an intimate wedding dinner, we particularly recommend our full tasting menu with cocktail pairing. We can also complement the occasion with additional touches such as table decorations and a wedding cake.

Yes — we host christenings, First Communions and family celebrations as intimate gatherings with either a tasting menu or a short à la carte menu. Depending on the number of guests, you can reserve a table, hire the entire dining room or book Eliksir exclusively for your celebration. We host team-building events, business breakfasts, conferences and cocktail receptions for up to 110 guests. To date, we have delivered more than 550 events both at Eliksir and at external venues. Our event space can be arranged in a variety of configurations, including theatre-style seating for up to 90 guests, conference-style seating for up to 74 and a U-shaped layout for up to 54. Facilities include an HD projector and screen, a sound system with microphones and high-speed internet access. Spirit tastings, cocktail making classes and cooking workshops are particularly popular as team-building activities — we can also organise them at external venues throughout Poland and Europe.

Absolutely — for these occasions, our guests often choose whisky, gin, rum or vodka tastings, cocktail tastings or a cocktail making class, where the group prepares their own cocktails under the guidance of our bartender. Our Private Dining Room is also available for groups looking for a more private setting.
