At Eliksir, the menu is born where two worlds meet — the kitchen and the bar. Every seasonal menu begins with the ingredients: their quality, their origin and the moment they taste their best. That is why we focus on local ingredients and work directly with producers, letting the seasons guide our cooking.

An integral part of the Eliksir experience is cocktail pairing. Signature cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are created alongside the dishes so that they complement one another.
